Your panel stops at the edge of somebody else's catalog

Every multiplexed imaging method runs on the same reagent: an antibody carrying a DNA barcode. The method scales beautifully until you need a marker that the platform's catalog does not carry.

The clone you need was never barcoded. A rare target, a species the vendor skipped, or the specific clone your lab has already validated on your tissue. The catalog cannot supply it, and swapping to whatever clone is available means revalidating from scratch.

Conjugating it yourself is hard to keep consistent. The number of oligos on each antibody drives both signal and background. Too few and the marker disappears in a crowded panel, too many and you lose affinity and pick up non-specific binding. Hitting the same number twice with a bench kit is the difficult part.

You do not need to order, modify or ship oligos. Send the barcode sequence your platform expects and we take it from there: we make the oligo to that sequence, build in the linker chemistry, conjugate it to your antibody, remove unbound oligo and release the batch against an agreed spec.

That means no purchase order for a modified oligo, no cold-chain shipment of a reagent you then have to QC, and no guessing which modification our chemistry wants. It also means the conjugation chemistry stays matched to the oligo, which is the part that usually goes wrong when the two are sourced separately.

Sequences for published imaging panels are widely available in the primary literature, and many groups design their own. You are responsible for having the right to use the sequence you send us.

We control the degree of labeling, so your signal is reproducible

In a multiplexed panel every marker has to sit in the same dynamic range. That starts with knowing how many oligos are on each antibody, and being able to hit that number again on the re-order.
