Single Extracellular Vesicle Protein Analysis by Immuno-ddPCR
Immuno-droplet digital PCR uses antibody-DNA conjugates to convert single-EV protein binding into amplifiable DNA barcodes, enabling multiplexed single-vesicle protein profiling with a 38 EV/µL limit of detection and direct measurement of PD-L1 heterogeneity in tumor-derived EVs.
