Protein–ssDNA Detection by Proximity Ligation Assay
ssDNA-PLA adapts the proximity ligation assay to detect protein–single-stranded DNA interactions in situ. BrdU labeling and oligo-conjugated PLA probes map DNA damage response proteins (RPA2, RAD51, BLM) at resected ssDNA, with single-cell resolution and BRCA1-dependent regulation.
